The perfect way to liven up boiled eggs is to get your pitchfork and ‘Do The Devil’. In other words, Devilled Eggs! If you’re unfamiliar with the term, it refers to boiled eggs that have been cut in half, with the yolks having been scooped out, mashed and seasoned, and then added back to the waiting egg whites in a heaped fashion.
